What happens in a Reiki treatment?
A Reiki treatment is very relaxing. Sue creates the time and space for your body, mind and spirit to heal itself. You lay fully dressed on the massage table while Sue lays her hands on you in a specific pattern. Each position is held approximately 3-5 minutes. A treatment lasts around an hour. The Reiki goes where it is needed- Sue is a conduit for the energy. The process is intriguing because although she gives the same treatment over and over again—no one receives the same treatment. Sue's favorite part of the treatment is hearing your description of what happened!
